The Ten Accomplished Youth Organization (TAYO) recently held the 13th TAYO Awards at the Malacañang Palace. The TAYO Awards is the country’s leading annual search aimed at acknowledging exceptional young Filipinos all over the country whose projects address the relevant needs or opportunities of their respective communities. These projects strive to make significant contributions to society.
Lenovo, a brand that inspires youth to take action and make a difference in the world, has been a firm supporter of the TAYO Awards since 2011. As the official IT partner, Lenovo provided computing devices that were used throughout the search, screening, evaluation, tabulation and presentation of the selected youth organizations.
Lenovo also awarded the ten winning youth organizations with a Lenovo PHAB, a phone+tablet mash up which runs on Android 5.1, a Quad-core processor and a 250mAh battery that gives up to 24 hours of talk time. The Lenovo PHAB will definitely help the TAYO 13 winners achieve greater heights and assist them with giving back to their communities. (PR)
