Last May 30, 2015 the ToyCon 2015 launches at The Plaza, 2F of Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila. Event gate opens from 12nn onwards, Program started at 2pm. The event opened it's doors to the general public to view toy exhibits and some cool stuff to see.
The launch featured the hottest toy collections, superhero cosplayers, exhibits, and some premium toys for sale during the two-day event. Fans will ha a sneak peek of the recent Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California, the latest trailers for Antman, Jurassic World, and Terminator Genisys, plus other exciting TOYCON videos.
All toy enthusiasts get access to the hottest toys, latest comic books, rare collectibles, and action figures at the special exhibit as the annual event draws out the most eclectic group of individuals all for the love of novelty.
Aside from the exhibits and toy sale, the TOYCON launch will also have panel discussions on toy collecting and how to reinvent Star Wars, plus the product launch of Sphero, the app enabled ball that does it all. Toy fans may also join games and have the chance to win some exciting surprises during the event program.
The TOYCON kickoff also hosted a press conference for TOYCON 2015, considered to be one of the biggest pop culture events in the country, where fans may look out for significant announcements and upcoming events in the toy collectors community.
This year's World Cosplay Summit National Capital Region finals follow the presscon at 5 PM with the awarding ceremonies to be held later on the same day. The summit is the preliminary leg for aspiring Filipino cosplayers who want to represent the country and compete at the annual World Cosplay Summit to be held in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan.
