As we all know Xperia Z4 and Z3+ didn't receive that much recognition due to lack of notable changes from the Z3. This could be the reason why they released another version of the Z4, this time it's could be the Z4 we wanted as it has a better screen.

Meet the Z4v...
The Sony Xperia Z4v is the Verizon version of the Z4 that will arrive in the United States only. It's has almost the same specs from the Z3+ and Z4 as it has that highly touted 20.7 MP rear camera, Snapdragon 810 processor and 3 GB of RAM. What's different here is the Z4v finally withdrew from using the old 1080p display and packed this beast with a QHD display wiith a resolution of 2560 x 1440 together with a full 3000 mAh battery instead of the 2930 mAh battery used with the Z4.
Engadget also stated that the Z4v is only a tad heavier and fatter than the Z3+ or the Z4 that makes this still a very slim phone. What we know right now is this will only be a US version for the privilege Verizon users. I just hope that Sony will come up with an international version of this as this is the Z4 that we want to see. There's no word about the pricing and availability yet.
