Kata Philippines just announced on Facebook their contender for the under 4,000 Pesos smartphone battle with the Kata F2! The Kata F2 is a 4.5 Inches qHD display that appears to be a well designed product in images available online.

Under the hood, this handset has decent specifications. It's powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor, has that ample 1 GB of RAM, the industry standard 8 MP rear camera and that better than most 5 MP front facing camera. When it comes to the storage, it has tha average 8 GB of ROM and that generous FREE 10 GB of cloud storage.
