There's another decent Infocus smartphone that's in the country right now thru Memoxpress called the M2. It is an interesting smartphone as it has an 8 MP back and front cameras which can make you take good selfies.

Under the hood it's a decently spec'ed smartphone. It's packed by a 1.3 GHz MeditaTek MT6582 quad core processor, an unorthodox 4.2 inch screen with a resolution of 768 x 1280, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable ROM, FM Radio, Bluetooth, WiFi, dual micro SIM, WiFi and 2,010 mAh battery capacity.
All of that is priced at PHP 5,990. It may not be the most powerful phone for the price but that 8 MP camera on the front and back should appeal a lot of those who love taking selfies and a smaller sized handset.
