After we first report that Ding Ding Mobile will be in the Philippines soon, they're now giving clues on what will be their first device in the country and it appears to be the Ding Ding SK1. The Ding Ding Mobile SK1 claims to be the world's smallest 4.5 inch smartphone that has similarities to an LG phone.

When it comes to the specs, the it appears to be an entry level device. It has a 4.5 inch screen that has an FWVGA resolution, 1 GHz dual core processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of ROM, 5MP rear camera w/ dual LED flash, 2 MP front camera w/ Flash and Android 4.4 Kitkat.

What's interesting with this phone is it's a feature packed handset for an entry level device. It has a knock on (double tap) to wake feature ala LG, quick gesture entry, world faster shooting mode, 4 way air gesture, air call accept, beauty face shooting, real face detection unlock, guest mode and that front camera flash. So far that's the only information we have here, we still don't know the exact date of availability and the price. Based on my research in the internet, the Ding Ding Mobile SK1 is priced at around USD 40 which means it could retail in the Philippines at that price or a bit more. Hopefully, the price won't hike that much so that it will create a first good impressions in the market.
