Blackview Philippines just posted on their Facebook Page the availability of Arrow. The Blackview Arrow sports a 5-inch Full HD display and is powered by a quad-core processor. It features 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 64 GB via microSD, 18 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera and 2100 mAh battery. It runs on Android KitKat 4.4 operating system.

Given that specifications, the Blackview Arrow is a good midrange smartphone. However, this was a 2014 phone and it's now faces some real stiff competition from the local and especially from the very aggressive international brands. Hopefully, Blackview will bring down the price of this device in order to keep up with the competition soon.
