Samsung plans to expand its Galaxy J series with the release of two upcoming smartphones called Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7. Just recently, we have spotted the Galaxy J5 on GFXbench, which revealed its specs. We did not expect this to be the final data, as it may be extracted from a prototype device. Nonetheless, it will give us an idea on what we should expect from the device. See image below:

According to GFXBench, the handset sports a 5-inch display, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset. It also features Adreno 306 GPU, 1.5GB of RAM, 4.7GB available storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and Android Lolloipop 5.0.2.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 is expected to launch along with the Galaxy J7. The latter handset is rumored to sport almost the same specs with the Galaxy J5, except for the bigger 5.5-inch display and the Marvel PXA1936 chipset.
