For the past few months, the SKK Lynx has been my standard when it comes to value for money in the sub 5k department. It has that mid-range worthy specs, build quality, display and features that's unseen before in this price range. Fast forward this April, the SKK Lynx seems to have a worthy competitor from Cherry Mobile again and that's the upcoming 4,000 mAh power Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Power.

On paper both devices seems to be equal except that this time, Cherry Mobile Power has a bigger battery capacity that plagued the CM Flare S3 Octa users. Based on my personal experience, I'm still leaning towards the SKK Lynx due to the cheaper price and more premium looking build quality. However, uber heavy users who prefer battery life for a longer phone use will definitely want the Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Power over the SKK Lynx. It's a closer fight this time which is very good for the consumers.
Hopefully, we'll get a chance to review the Flare S3 Power soon to compare it directly against the brilliance of SKK Lynx.
