According to Japan communications, a Vaio brand smartphone will soon be officially launched on March 12th. It is a mid-range smartphone that will sport a 5-inch HD display, 64-bit quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 13MP rear camera and 5MP rear camera. The Vaio smartphone is also said to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.
