That pay with mobile system is a very innovative way where-in we can now buy those digital products easier for those who don't have a credit card.
Here's how to avail the service:
1. Register first to 4949
2. Once you receive the pay with mobile number and account details go to Apple ID account settings on iTunes or App Store
3. Select "MasterCard" as you payment option
4. Enter the details asked on the empty fields.
It's that easy! You can now download apps as long as you have load! There's just a 15% premium charge for every purchase for VAT and foreign exchange rate difference in USD. The full availability of this service will be this Feb 18, 2015!
