HTC introduces a new mid-range smartphone today called the Desire 626. The handset was officially unveiled in the company's homeland, Taiwan, and has a price tag of around $189.
The HTC Desire 626 sports a 5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB expandable internal memory. It also features dual speakers, 13MP rear camera. 5MP front camera and 2000mAh battery. The Desire 626 is compatible with DotView cases.

According to sources, the HTC Desire 626 will have another variant that's powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor. It will be release in China soon.
