Last September, Gionee Elife S5.1 was recognized as the world's slimmest smartphone at 5.1mm. Just last week, the crown was stolen by Oppo when introduced the 4.88mm-thin Oppo R5. Now, another Chinese company is set to launch a thinner handset that would beat the latter handsets.
Vivo is planning to launch Vivio X5 Max that measures 4.75 mm thin! The smartphone is rumored to feature a 5.5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, 1.7 GHz octa-core processor, LTE, 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
Specifications
The company however did not revealed any information yet as to when the device will be released. It is expected to launch in China first.
