It seems like ASUS is always ready to join the party of low budget smartphone with great specs. They just teased with the smaller version of the popular affordable goodness of Zenfone 5 in their Facebook page Philippines. Zenfone 5 Lite is packed with good specs that should compete very well with the other phones at this price category and above.

It seems like Asus is gearing up to compete head to head with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 1S and the other super affordable local budget phones lead by Cherry, MyPhone, StarMobile and SKK. We are expecting the price of this one to be a thousand or more cheaper than the PHP 6.5K Zenfone 5.
