Nvidia confirms today that their SHIELD tablet will received the Android 5.0 Lollipop before the month (November) ends! It recently posted a video on Youtube showing us a teaser of Android 5.0 Lollipop running on Nvidia SHIELD tablet. Check out the video below.
The SHIELD tablet will be the first non-Google Play Edition and Non-Nexus device to officially receive the Lollipop update. The tablet's price starts at $299 for the 16GB, WiFi only variant while the 32GB LTE version costs $399.
The Nvidia SHIELD sports an 8-inch screen (1200 x 1920 pixels resolution) and is powered by Nvidia Tegra K1 quad-core processor. It features 2 GB of RAM, microSD card support and 5 MP rear and front cameras.
