It has been rumored last week that the HTC One (M8), the latest company's flagship phone, will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Sense 7 UI update based on the leaked screenshots. Now another leak has been released by @upleaks thru a Twitter post, indicating that the Android 5.0 update for HTC One M8 will be released with Sense 6 (not the alleged Sense 7) since the company has not started porting the Sense 7 software to the handset yet.
Here's the tweet posted by @upleaks
1, Android 5.0 update for M8 will be released with Sense 6.
2, They haven't started porting Sense 7 software to M8 yet.

We can't say for now that the Sense 7 UI would be really out of the picture until the company officially launches the update (or hear a word from them, at least). Aside from the M8, HTC also committed to launch the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to One (M7) within ninety (90) days of receiving the final software from Google. It is expected to be available in January 2015.
For your reference, here are the screenshots of the previous leak (the one indicating the Sense 7.0 version).
