Smart Communications announced that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is coming soon to their network and they're now accepting pre-orders. Although the company did not reveal much information yet on their website as to what type of postpaid plan will it be offered nor the additional cash out it will require (if there's any), subscribers can now sign up to pre-register and be further assisted by Smart.
