At the price the phone seems to be reasonably specs given that LTE capability. It seems to be the smaller brother of the 5 inches Rio and Rio Fun because of it's 4.5 inches screen only. Lastly, I hope that 1,700 mAh battery capacity is optimized for a longer LTE usage even with a smaller 4.5 inches screen.
