Initial Impression
Cherry mobile did it again! They change what people might think when they have a Php 3,999 to buy a phone. The Flare 3 offers an impressive specs for its price of Php3,999, first is it 5-inch IPS OGS qHD display which is very rare on its price range,next is the 8gb built in storage(expandable up to 64gb micro sd card) and a scratch resistant screen.
For the processor, the Flare 3 is powered by Mediatek's MTK6582 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3Ghz. While for the GPU it has a Mali-400mp on board so expect a good performance when it comes to gaming experience. Lastly is the 1gb ram which is enough for your regular multitasking.
