Few minutes ago Cherry Mobile officially released Omega Spectrum, their counter attack to MyPhone's current king of under 5k smartphones the Agua Rio . Priced only at 4,999 Omega Spectrum seems to have almost the same specs with the Rio, we are not yet sure about it's advantages and disadvantages over the Rio, but we are sure that this is one heck of a competition.

Based on the specs Omega Spectrum could have an advantage over Rio in terms of Screen Protection and Multimedia Features. Yet we are not yet sure, Rio could also have an edge in overall durability of the phone due to its polycarbonate body.
Overall the competition under 5k Smartphones is getting better and better! In the end "us" the consumers wins! :)
Calling out Starmobile, it's your turn now, they might be preparing something big under 5k as well.
