Android interface is really great and have a lot of customization, but most android users are really exaggerating UI customization. In result they get a laggy and buggy interface that drains battery really fast as well.
Aside from I really don't find the stock android UI that easy to use (although it's easy to learn) and (yes, I know that you can organize your stuff at android really easy too). I really wanted to make android interface as easy, fast and slick looking to use as possible so I started downloading different free Launchers. Unfortunately, most of them are RAM Hogs and Battery Eater. After a few weeks of search, I've downloaded the Smart Launcher which is really perfect for my taste!
Lets have a quick tour
1. That UI! - This one rules! It reminds me of Ubuntu's Unity a lot. My phone gets an immediate overhaul! (It feels like mom cleaned my room in overall neatness and ease of use) I also like its landscape view wherein it gives a tablet feel to your smartphone (nice for phablet users).

2. Those organized apps! - Smart Launchers app drawer is just brilliant, it automatically arranged all my apps into their categories. As I've said Android is simple and easy to use, but with the use of this Launcher, Android is now easier to use!

3. Functionality - You can kill your apps by just holding its icon, hide your unused apps then just un-hide it when you needed it back, and search your apps with ease.

Update
As of my writing today, I just found out that Smart Launcher 2 is now out, unfortunately that made this article outdated before its release. LOL Yet, that's something to look forward and made me excited as well, it's download time!
Will update this post on my impressions and see its improvements!
