Goosebumps dude! This is just, WOW! Who would have imagined that Don Bosco Technical College's Logo would have looked this amazing if it's formed by human in an aerial shot? This is definitely a highlight of the 60th anniversary of DBTC.
Honestly, this is the best human logo formation that I've seen in the Philippines! A huge cheers to all those who worked really really really hard in making this project materialize! :)
Start of the Human Logo Formation :)
After! (Gotta admire that machine like precision) Nice Shot drone! I wanna have you! LOL
Official DBTC Statement:
"Over
1,500 students, faculty members, employees, including Salesians and parents
converged at the football field of Don Bosco Technical College (DBTC) on
December 8, 2013 to form a giant logo of their institution.
This “human
DBTC logo formation” is among the highlights of the institution’s diamond
anniversary.
In his
message, Fr. Martin Macasaet, SDB congratulated the participants for taking
part in this historic event.
The
logo’s perimeter consists of a half gear and laurel leaves, emblematic
respectively of technical and academic education – the twin goals of the school
for the development of the Filipino youth.
At the
center is a cross, symbolizing the primacy of Christian Catholic education and
formation in this institution.
Founded
in 1953, Don Bosco Technical College offers programs in Engineering,
Architecture, Computer Studies, and Entrepreneurship, a dual
(academic-technical) curriculum in high school, and Grades 1 to 6. It also
caters to the disadvantaged youth through its Technical Vocational Education
and Training (TVET) programs."
Greetings from Geeky Pinas:
Happy Happy! Anniversary DBTC, we wish our Salesian Community all the best the in the world and life! May we all grow better together as we look forward for a bigger and brighter future (just like the largest human sized logo) in the very near future. Thanks for all the lessons in life you've taught us! Thank you Don Bosco! :)
