Few days ago, a Ekotek's midrange Ekophone 4.20 and their Flagship phone Ekophone 5.10 arrived in our Geeky Pinas Kitchen. A little info, Ekotek is a new Eco-friendly technology based company that offers different gadgets from tablets, smartphones and accessories with great standards at a good price.

Really impressive for a new company! You'll get a beautifully packaged box with a great set of intelligently made accessories inside. (There are few companies that offer this kind of package at this price point)
Gwapo much!
First, you'll see the beautifully built smartphone, then you'll find a great set of all white and eco - accessories inside (Charger, Earbuds, Battery, Flip Cover / Back Cover Case in One, Screen Protector, User Guide and the Warranty Card).
That Flip Cover / Back Cover in one is clever!

Initial Impressions
So far good! My 1st look with Ekotek 4.20 I was like "Parang Samsung" then when I turned the device on after a surprising very quick boot, the stock UI used was very much like Samsung! The icons and most of Samsung's feature was present with this device.

Other than that, what stands out with this phone is its build quality! It feels really really solid, I love its slim form factor and the aluminum edge. Ekophone 4.20 didn't feel cheap at all.
The body and build is very much gwapo!
That's it for now! I'll further test this phone this week and update you guys on how it performs after a day of use, gaming capability, camera quality, sound quality and others.
